      Wright Brothers Cycle Works offers three levels of bike repair classes:
      
      
        - Basic Maintenance
 
        (tires, brakes, shifters, derailleurs) 
         
        - Bearing Maintenance
 
(hubs, headset, & bottom brackets,and wheel truing.) 
         
        - Wheel Building
 
(self explanatory) 
       
      
      Enrollment is limited to 12 per class, and often fills up, so prepay to reserve your spot.  Prices are $120.00 for the bearings class (five sessions) and $90.00 for the basic or wheelbuilding class (four sessions).  Co-op members get a $10 discount on class fees.  Current class offerings are listed below, but may already be full, so reserve now if you want to take a class. 
      Basic Maintenance 
      Beginning Maintenance Classes, LAST CLASSES OF 2018! After Thanksgiving, classes start November 29th and continue December 6th, 13th, and 20th. THURSDAY EVENINGS from 7:00-9:00 p.m., class is once a week & four sessions. Bring your own bicycle and is a 'hands-on' class. 
Learn to replace a brake and gear cable, clean drivetrain, fix flats, derailleur adjustments, and much more. Class has limited space so it is on a  first come, first served basis. 
      Bearings the 'Wright' Way 
        CLASS is on a waitlist status. When enough people are signed up, a class will be scheduled. Evenings, 7:00-9:00pm. 
Five sessions: This is a more in-depth maintenance class for novice and basic tinker mechanic alike. Overhaul front/rear hubs, crankset, headset, and wheel truing. 
      Wheel Building 
WHEEL BUILDING the 'Wright Way'. WINTER CLASSES 2019! January 20th, 21st, 27th & 28th. Four evenings, a Sunday/Monday followed by the next Sunday/Monday. Class times, 6:30-8:30pm. 
 Learn special lacing and tricks from a master wheelbuilder of over 45 years. Build fresh and new or rebuild what you have. Purchasing components available at an extra cost. 
      Fee must be prepaid to reserve a spot in the class.  |
